Works great, definitely need to wear pants instead of shorts. The creases when deflated inside can be a bit uncomfortable.

These give really great compression and aid the recovery process after a long day on your feet or a hard work out. They help me feel much better the following morning.

I am a high school track and field coach and personal trainer. My top level athletes use the Normatec unit for recovery with our athletic trainers. After a long day at a track meet, I’ve used it a couple times and felt great afterwards. One of my klients who is a former pro beach volleyball player sent me the link to purchase a unit. I’ve had it for a little less than a month and have used it at least 2-3 times a week. The battery life is great. The device is easy to transport. These are the best recovery devices! I recently had a lift with augmentation and had an inflammatory reaction to anesthesia. My legs swelled with edema. I was basically third spacing with a weight gain of 19 lbs overnight. I highly recommend these. We used to use at our gym. Then I got a short set for my birthday, and we got a standard set for my husband as he liked mine so much. We have been using them every night while we watch TV. It might be my imagination, but I think it has helped my plantar fasciitis.

I bought my compression boots a couple of years ago and recently I had some issues with my hose. Although it was past my warranty and the company is not shipping to Malta, they found a way to help me out! impressed by their professionalism!

I use these for recovery and relaxation. My uncle uses this for edema and lower extremities due to lung transplant. We both have nothing but good things to say about it except for the bulkiness of the unit fortunately, they’ve released a new version, but once mine or his break, which I highly doubt since they’re pretty well made, may look into that next.

I wasn't sure if these would be worth the hype, but I am so glad I bought them. I used to have such tight calves for 2 days post long runs, and now I feel up to running again the next day.
I'm 5'6 and the short length is perfect. I originally tried the standard size and they were huge.

I need these for lymphatic drainage. I have pain in legs from lipademia and the compression helps tremendously for the leg pain and helps me to get more restful nights.

I'm trying to determine how often is safe to use for lymphatic drainage.
